Exhibit, Support and Advertising Opportunities

Showcase Your Products and Services at
AOSW's 31st Annual Conference!

The Association of Oncology Social Work (AOSW) is the world’s largest professional organization entirely dedicated to the psychosocial care of people affected by cancer. Its 31st Annual Conference (2015) being held in Seattle, Washington will host more than 500 professionals who provide counsel, assist with decision-making, facilitate communication and provide information and referrals to cancer patients, their families and caregivers.

As a sponsor, exhibitor or advertiser your messaging is delivered directly to this group of dedicated professionals.

Sponsorship Opportunities – Conference sponsorship is the most effective way to establish visibility and convey your organization’s important messaging. Sponsorship repeatedly brings your company’s name, product or service to the attention of dedicated oncology social workers–the people responsible for bringing the best and most useful information to clients, their families and caregivers who are facing cancer.

Exhibit Opportunities – As an exhibitor, you’ll quickly connect and forge partnerships with people who are actively looking for your expertise, products and services. There is no better place to build awareness, reinforce your brand and showcase your organization than the AOSW exhibitor floor. But don’t delay. Exhibit space in limited and will sell out.

Advertising Options – Reach your target market and reinforce your exhibit messaging by advertising in the official Annual Conference Program and Abstract Book. We offer a wide variety of advertising options in this highly-used publication that is provided to and used by conference registrants before, during and after the conference.
