Pre-Conference Research Institute
This year’s AOSW Pre-Conference Research Institute has two main objectives:
- To enhance our OSW capacity for conducting patient-centered research and using our research to enhance the quality of cancer care.
- To establish a structure and function for an oncology social work collaborative research group.
All AOSW members interested or involved in social work research, whether or not you will be part of the PCRC, are encouraged to attend and participate in the Research Institute on Tuesday, May 30, 2017. Ideas and perspectives of all members of the “OSW research community,” including practitioners, students and researchers, are needed to shape the research agenda for oncology social work.
