Registration

Pre-registration for the 2017 AOSW 33rd Annual Conference is now open.

 
Full meeting registration includes admission to all educational sessions, entrance to the Exhibit Hall where breakfast will be provided daily, Annual Business Meeting and Poster Receptions as well as all conference materials. 
 
Note: Unlike previous years, attendees for the 2017 Annual Conference are not required to indicate which sessions they plan to attend as part of the registration process.

Payment Instructions

Registrations must include payment by credit card, check (drawn on U.S. funds from a U.S. bank) or bank transfer of funds in USD only. Wire Transfers within North America will incur a $30 USD fee and wire transfers outside of North America will incur a $45 USD fee. We cannot accept registrations by telephone and will not accept registrations without full payment. Caution: If you submit your registration form more than once, it may result in a duplicate charge to your credit card. Send your registration using only one method of payment.
 

Cancellation Policy

To cancel your registration, you must submit notice in writing to AOSW headquarters by March 15, 2017. AOSW will charge a $75 USD cancellation fee for written cancellations that arrive by March 15, 2017. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after April 9, 2017. Delegates may make substitutions at any time. Substitutions must be in writing and must be of the same membership status.
 

Silent Auction

It is AOSW’s tradition to host a Silent Auction at each of its Annual Conferences. At the 2017 Annual Conference the Silent Auction will be held during the opening reception. 
 
Your tax deductible donations to the auction support the AOSW Awards and Scholarships program, which make it possible for social workers and social work students in need to attend an AOSW Annual Conference.
 
We welcome donations from AOSW conference attendees, their organizations, or supporters. In the past, donated items have included gift cards, arts and crafts, jewelry, event tickets, goody baskets and organizational donations. Monetary donations are also gratefully accepted on behalf of the AOSW Awards and Scholarship program.

 
Since many attendees are flying to Denver, donations that are easy to carry or pack are highly recommended. Larger items may also be donated and may be sent to AOSW Headquarters prior to the conference. Contact AOSW Headquarters at 847-686-2233 or info@aosw.org for details.
