Registration for the 2018 AOSW 34th Annual Conference in now open.
 
Full meeting registration includes admission to all educational sessions, entrance to the Exhibit Hall where breakfast will be provided daily, Annual Business Meeting and Poster Receptions as well as all conference materials including the Conference Program and Abstract Book.

Online Registration 

  1. Go to aosw.org and click the Conference & Awards tab on the top of the screen, then select 2018 Annual Conference.
  2. Click the Register Now button in the middle of the screen. Click the online registration link and log in\
    • AOSW MEMBERS: Anyone completing the registration process on your behalf must have your login and password to receive the discounted member rate.
    • NON-MEMBERS: If you are a first-time attendee, you must create a Non-Member profile to proceed with online registration. If you are a returning attendee and do not remember your login and/or password, use the Forgot Login/Password links.
  3. Follow prompts to register for the meeting. Do not click the SUBMIT button more than once. This action will result in multiple charges on your credit card.
Registration By Check
Mailed registrations must be in U.S. funds drawn on a U.S. bank and made payable to the Association of Oncology Social Work. For a copy of the registration form, email Amy Metzgar at ametzgar@aosw.org. Registrations will only be processed with full payment.
 
Send your registration using only one method of payment. Faxed registration forms that do not contain credit card information do not qualify as an early, paid registration.
 
Pre-registrations received online, by fax or by postal mail will be confirmed by email. Registration processing time is approximately two weeks. We cannot confirm your registration until it is fully processed. Confirmation will be sent via email.

Payment Instructions
Registrations must include payment by credit card, check (drawn on U.S. funds from a U.S. bank) or bank transfer of funds in USD only. Wire Transfers within North America will incur a $30 USD fee and wire transfers outside of North America will incur a $45 USD fee. We cannot accept registrations by telephone and will not accept registrations without full payment. Caution: If you submit your registration form more than once, it may result in a duplicate charge to your credit card. Send your registration using only one method of payment.
 

Cancellation Policy

To cancel your registration, you must submit notice in writing to AOSW Headquarters by April 9, 2018. AOSW will charge a $75 USD cancellation fee for written cancellations that arrive by April 9, 2018. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after April 9, 2018. Delegates may make substitutions at any time. Substitutions must be in writing and must be of the same membership status.
 

Silent Auction

REMEMBER THE AUCTION! - Support AOSW Awards and Scholarships by donating to the silent auction! Our silent auction supports AOSW Awards and Scholarships for future conferences and provide a means for social workers and social work students (our future) who would not otherwise have a means to attend these important conferences that are so meaningful in enriching their education and experience.
 
We welcome any contributions by conference attendees or from organizations. Examples of donated items include handcrafts or artwork, jewelry, gift cards, special event or concert tickets, sporting event tickets, or products or services representing your organization. Don't have an item to contribute to the auction? Cash donations are also accepted for AOSW Awards and Scholarships.
 
The auction will be open and silent bids will be taken during the poster sessions. If you have items to donate, please fill out the Silent Auction Donation Form or contact Jean Rowe or Bryan Miller by April 7th. All proceeds will benefit AOSW Award and Scholarship funds.
